SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order is custom-made specifically for you. TR81® works with selected production and shipping partners to reliably produce your order and deliver it directly to you.

PROCESSING TIME

Since our products are produced upon receipt of order, we first need some time for the manufacturing and preparation of your order.

Production time can vary depending on the product, order volume, and production location. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, if available.

SHIPPING TIMES

The actual delivery time depends on the destination country, production location, and selected shipping service provider. The shipping information displayed at checkout is for guidance.

Please note that longer delivery times may occur, especially on holidays, during periods of high order volume, or due to delays with the shipping service provider.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

This way, you will know the shipping costs for your delivery address before making the payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

TR81® also ships to numerous countries outside of Germany, depending on the respective product and available shipping service provider.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply. These may be levied by the respective country and are generally to be borne by the recipient.

TRACKING

If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive a corresponding tracking link via email after shipment.

Please note that it may take some time after receiving the shipping confirmation for the shipping service provider to display the initial tracking information.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.

If you notice an error immediately after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has already been produced or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY?

If your order arrives damaged, an incorrect item has been delivered, or there is another problem with your delivery, please contact us via our contact page.

Please include your order number and, if possible, attach photos for damaged or incorrect items.
