RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We want you to be satisfied with your TR81® order. Here you will find the most important information on cancellation, returns, as well as damaged or faulty items.

14-DAY RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

If you order as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without stating any reasons.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear statement.

RETURNS

Please contact us before returning an item using our contact options. We will then provide you with the necessary information on how to proceed.

Please do not return items to a production or sender address on the package without prior consultation. Since we work with production partners, this address is not necessarily our return address.

CONDITION OF THE GOODS

Please handle the goods carefully during the cancellation period.

You may generally inspect an item as you would in a retail store. For any use of the goods beyond this, compensation for value may be due under the legal conditions.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

For goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive or which have been clearly tailored to personal needs, the statutory right of cancellation may be excluded.

However, a product is not considered personalized solely because it is produced only after the order has been placed.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR WRONG ITEMS

Have you received a damaged, faulty printed, or wrong item?

Please contact us as soon as possible and send us:

• your order number
• a brief description of the problem
• meaningful photos of the item

We will then review the case and arrange for a suitable solution.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.

REFUND

If a cancellation is effective and a refund is due, the refund will generally be made using the same payment method you used for your original order, unless otherwise agreed.
